Description

Hi, i need help to make a RMA system. When the project is finish then i also need to understand/documentation for the system.
The customer shall make a RMA case over the Internet if he example ship a defective things to me, i shall also could make RMA cases to my customer if they come with the defective things to my store.
It shall be possible to write some things in the case (from me/administrator) so the customer can see what the status is for the case.
I use microsoft IIS webserver (windows 2003 server) and MS sql server 2003.
