Description

We are a 3-person non-profit. We have developed a 300-item questionnaire that has two statementst to each question. The purpose of the assessment is to measure a person's interests and find their passion. There are 15 pairs for each of 20 interest categories. A perfect score on an interest area would therefore be 15, as each item has either a zero (wrong answer) or 1 (right answer) as the score.

We have been manually converting the raw scores to converted scores (simple table) and generating a very nice looking color chart of the results. There is also a word document that is standardized and exactly the same for each report.

We need to automate this so that someone with a user code can log in online and take the assessment so that we do not have to keystroke anything.

We will then need to arrange hosting and will build a promotional website. The key element at this time is finding a suitable source for writing the script.

I cannot possibly stress enough the simplicity of the calculations. I am attaching some samples that may be relevant.
