Description: PROJECT DESCRIPTION : A Medical Seminar is going to Happen next year. They want a website to be done so that users can Register
and do many other on-line activities

There is 2 types of registration

1. Registration for Website (Initial Registration). this Registration
is important, without this no other on-line activities are possible.
Users After registration can Add "abstracts"(articles) , which has to
be sent to the Admin Panel for approvals. If Approved a confirmation
mail is sent to the User. Upon Confirmation the Abstracts are also
displayed to the public/user web pages. A User can upload many Abstracts based on
different categories. There will be a last date for Abstract
Submissions, This Date has to be managed from the admin panel. Upon
Completion of this date, No Submissions can be made. This Date Can be
extend in the admin panel by the client. Check DEMO for this details

2. After a user registers in point 1. There has to be an option where
he can "REGISTER" to "ATTEND" the event. Here he will be shown a
form(Attached DEMO), where he will have to choose the options and then
he will be connected to a bank gateway.(Bank Gateway is provided by
the client). You will have to Integrate with the this part of the
application to the bank gateway. Confirmations will have to be sent to
the clients etc.

The Admin Panel, will have to have options to
1. Manage Registered Users (both Attendants / Non Attendants)
2. Manage Abstracts
3. Manage Reviewers (Abstract Admins)
4. Manage Dates
5. Send Messages to Users
6. Reporting


For Reviewers, Once an abstract had arrived to the admin panel, the
admin can send it to the reviewers (which are added through the admin
panel). The Reviewers Receive an Email Containing the Link
(For Eg.
www.siteee.com/review.asp?Id=12121312423423534534534656456456) It
should display a page like (review.html in the demo)

The Reviewer will can either Approve , Disapprove or Edit the
abstract. For All actions the reviewer will have to give a reason for
why he approved, disapproved or Edited.(all the reasons will be
viewable by the admin in his area ( View Reasons) Option.

The Reports needed are
1. List of Abstracts Added /Approved/ Disapproved/ Edited
2. List of Users who are registered Online
3. List of Users who registered for Event
4. Reporting By Date/Period

Hosting is on WINDOWS 2003 Server
the MySQL Database is stored on Redhat Linux on a neighbouring server.
