Description

I need someone to write a function in ASP VB Script to estimate the value of magnetic declination. The function will have latitude and longitude as its parameter and return the declination angle. Examples, C and Fortran source code can be found here. http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/seg/geomag/jsp/struts/calcDeclination
