Otherwise, it will be hidden. After visitor submit the form, it will jump to a "Confirmation Page", they can click "Edit" button to edit the information again, or click "Confirm" to submit the information. After submit, there are 2 emails will send out. First one, will send to the visitors, give him/her back his/her submited information.
