Description:	***Please Read before quoting*** We would like to create a complete Coupon module with at t the following features: The application must be in ASP with "MS Access" and "MS SQL" script for use of either databases. We need the application with similar features of the sample links bellow. Please take your time reviewing the functions and know what you are quoting, as we require experienced coder/developer to work further with. We have a few application requiring development right now and some unfinished projects need to be completed when the time comes. Please submit your quotes with your background and links to some of your works and portfolio. The application maybe more complex than what we have explain below, please study the links below to realize what we need. We require full source code with rights to use it as we please. Application must be stable and demonstrated prior to payment, payment maybe payable through escrow. Administrative Features • Secure content management interface to setup the site • Setup price rates to charge business owners who list their businesses and coupons integrated with paypal • Add and manage Businesses • Add and manage coupons • Create and manage Coupons with time limited use. • Expiration date to be set in admin and business owners area and displayed in customer area. • Manage the different categories (industries) • Manage the different users of the site • Add sponsor banners to the system • Send news updates to interested users • Add rotating news to the main areas informing users of your new deals. • Membership Fee to be set in multiple and Paypal setup in the backend for payment option. 2. Business Owners/ Vendors • Easy to use Registration Form • Pay with Paypal for membership. • List business profile with photos and full description • List coupons for every business • Secure content management area to manage and renew listings • Send emails to subscribers notifying them of new promotions • Quick stats or reports to see the number of times listings have been viewed etc. 3. Buyer Features • Full Searchability of location by Zip code, State, or City • They are presented with search forms to search coupons, businesses by business name, location, keywords • They can browse different categories to compare a list of coupons • They can map directions to the location • All coupons printable • Ability to “email a friend” in coupons area • A Quick list folder that contains clipped coupons for quick future access. • Forward interesting listings to friends right from the site “email to a friend” option 4. Additional Features • It must have a template file or header and footer files for easy integration to any website, application should include a special feature for approved critics to add ratings and information about the business, furthermore must be Search engine friendly.
