Description: The current website is at daruliftaa.com.

It is a question and answer type website. The public can submit questions and the question gets sent to a database together with the questioners email address. Then the admin, using a backend CMS can browse through the submitted questions and respond to them by either:

a: reply to the questioner directly back to his email address
b: post the answer to the relevant category onto the website
c: or both of the above.

Now, the website needs and "Audio Answers" section. The purpose of the "Audio Answers" Section is that some of the questions that are submitted will be answered via an audio recording, and then this audio recording will be uploaded to the website.

All the audio answers will be in a different section to the written answers, but all the categories names will be the same so what is required is a

sperate section with all the categories relisted, but in this section only audio answers will be uploaded. The current CMS needs to be adjusted to allow easy upload of audio and post to the relevant audio category. Each audio answer will have a title, and the audio section will have a seperate search facility that will search the titles of the audio answers.

The audio answers also need to be donwloadable onto mp3/4 players so this option needs to be listed next to each audio answer title.

The current website is done in ASP so it would be best to do the rest of it in ASP also. The winning bidder will be sent all the current code to work with and adjust.
