Description: This is a project on launching a website for uplading photos. The free lancer needs to submit a ready-to-go website.

The website needs to create accounts for users and let the users upload photos and tag different parts of a photo.

In the part, user's account, there needs to be the pictures uploaded by the user and the comments and votes made about each individual photo by other users as well as the number of views each photo has received. One needs to see the tagged parts (some description) of a photo if the mouse is over that part. E.g. in Facebook, it appears the name of a person if you drive the mouse over him/her. However, description of a tagged part needs to be selected from previously organized list. Also the description of a tagged part will let that photo be sorted by that description, which has been selected from the 'list'. E.g. When I tag some part of a photo by the title 'dog', that photo needs to be sorted by the name 'dog'.

Besides the user's account part, there will be a toplist part where the most voted pictures will be displayed. When you click on an individual photo one will be able to see the photo as well as the tagged parts along with its description.

In the last part of the website, the part 'Browse By', one will be able to sort the photos by 3 or 4 categories. E.g. one will be able to sort all the photos by the name 'dog' and see the photos that consist of dog.

Long in short, I need a website to upload photos that you can tag. Definitely, there will be an account for each user to upload his/her photo (definitely along withinformations like user name, email, password and an aboutMe part). That is the website I am looking for and will need assistance after the project submission.
