Description

for my website i need a small billing system here are the feature list i need:

- able to read data from xml files
- automatically download file from a ftp server every 2 mins
- An admin section
- presentation of the data from the files in the admin section
- statistic module - total usage, balance, top, etc.
- small feature of possible to add countries which should be free
for x min and herafter get charged / it should be possible to
add/delete list of countries / it should possible to change the
the free mins.
- the billing system should be integreted with my exicting website made in asp with access db
- the xml file will contain all the informations such as rates, duration, dailed phone number, total balance, usaged amount, custumer identificatin number
