Description

I run a amateur wrestling website that reports on all levels of amateur wrestling. We report news, scores, rankings and other stuff. We are a high content news sports website and I want to have RSS feeds and a reader developed. We post a ton of news in our news section and want to get it out there more.

I want one feed for each news category. I have 4 categories all together and ported across each category. I want to allow the RSS feed reader script to customize the number of articles. The reader should have the title of the article as the link to the exact location and then a two line description.

My website runs of a SQL database and that is all up and running and has been for quite some time. I will also want some instructions to post for people that want to use the RSS feed and what they must do. I want the reader to look cool and have as many features as possible and remain within the budget.
