Description:	I am looking for someone to design and create a new online store. My old web site is http://www.iloveshopping.ca . Now, I want to create a brand new website http://www.danzone.ca to sell computer products and services. Also, the website should handle RMA return. The website MUST use ASP.NET (VB) and Microsoft SQL. No php or mySQL please. Basically, it is very close to my old website. Here are some details of what I want. (1) Regular online store but I would like to have some enhancement. I want to have a section that customer can custom build their own computer base on my inventory. Customers use the drop down menu to select the parts and add up a total. For example. Motherboard -> asus ->model. The system will list the price at the end of the selection. After customers select the motherboard, ram, hdd, fdd, optical drive, software, case, power supply, mouse, keyboard, monitor video card and labour cost, etc. It will add up a sub-total and taxes. The last column will display the total and add to the shopping cart. We want to use PayPal (US,UK, Canada ONLY)/ Email money transfer (Canada ONLY) / Will Call - Pickup (BC, Canada ONLY)/ Money Order (International ONLY) as a payment gateway and If using PayPal. All Shipping charge is base on CanadaPost. After the payment is complete, customer will have an e-invoice on their email and I will have all the detail on my email. **** for customers whom use the Email money transfer or money order, the system will send a email to customer for detail information. ***** (2) RMA return system. We currently have a RMA system. I need the integration. Now, when we click on the RMA, it will show up another page and people do the RMA and individual SQL database (I want to integrate to the online store database). Now, we want to integrate into the website or you do your own. The code will be hand it to you if you want to do integration. The task is to build/Modify a Web Part that can handle Computer Serivce Request. The Sharepoint template framework is based on Microsoft Sharepoint Template 3.0 - Help Desk and intergraded into the website. Yes, of course, you can do it you own but I think the Microsoft template is almost the same as what I want. The Help Desk application template helps technician manage the process of handling service requests. Technician members use the application template to identify a service request, manage identification of the root cause, and track solution status. The application template provides role-based dashboards displaying information relevant to customer. Managers and technicians can view the performance history,etc. Microsoft have a Help Desk template but some features doesn't really what I want (need modify or permission re-assign) There are 3 lists: 1. Customer(can add/modify/view their own service request, when customer login, the customer information will add into the service request automatically if they create a service request - view knowledge base / view support FAQ) 2. The Manager/admin (add/modify/view do exactly what the Microsoft's Help Desk features provided, assign the unowned Service Requests to technician, etc. ). 3. The Technician (view service request owned by technician and can add service detail on the service request. Should have a Calendar (should look like Outlook’s Calendar )to schedule the service and view it on the service request page if possible. Add/modify/view knowledge and support FAQ). Customer should have an email and notice them when will the ETA of the technician, name of the technician. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional information submitted: (1) We want ebay API integration also. currently, we use Auctive's FREE showcase but it doesn't work well if put it on our website. The link is broken. (2) We would like to have PayPal's (IPN) Instant Payment Notification integrated (3) Visual Basic is prefered. (4) ONLY BC will have to charge 7% PST + 6% GST and the rest of canada are 6% GST... out of country is no tax (we have to collect GST 6% and PST 7%, I don’t want to hard code the % because the government will change the % anytime that they want to).
