Description:	We need a flash programmer to work in the existing flash file. The flash file has several text fields which is called from external XML file. The Requirements are as follows: 1) Able to add <a href> </a> to the word in the sentence in xml file. 2) Able add embed images using <img src> tag in the text field in xml file. Embedded images are images that occur within a sentence. 3) able to add all possible HTML tags to the xml file. such as <b>, <i>, <u>, <span>, <p>, <sub>, <sup> etc. All .fla files will be provided. Just needed the HTML ability in the external XML file.
