Our company is about to publish a RFP(Request for proposals) on this freelancer.com requesting the development of an e-commerce project.

The e-commerce website is for a real estate agency focused on Short term rentals of apartments for tourism and business use.

The project request is writing of a detailed and comprehensive Technical specification Document describing the requested website.

ALL CORE DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS, SCREENS AND BACK OFFICE INTERFACE SHOULD BE SIMILAR TO THE FIRST MENTIONED WEBSITE.

*The website should as well include feedback mechanism in which each user can give feedback to apartment owner based on 5 criterias:
Cleanliness of rooms, Quietness of rooms, Spaciousness of rooms, Quality of service provided, Appartment surroundings, Free text comment.
Review insertion:
1 . Each user will receive an email few days after the date of his stay with a link to a page where he can fill in the feedback ranking.(access to this page is only using this link.)

The document should be designed as a standard technical specification document for an e-commerce website.

we are willing to accept any document structure which fulfill the following principles:

-sketches of Screens to be displayed to user including detailed description for each screen. (based on the mentioned website(

-Description of links between screens and the results of the different activities done by user. (Please write on a separate table followed to each screen sketch page where does each screen take the user and what happens when you click on each button (

-Written or diagrammed description of each inner process standing behind each activity done by user (searching parameters, parameters etc(

-Sketches of admin pages and written description on each screen.

2. Think of all possibilities:
Analyze all possible results of defined process and think of all extreme cases which will prevent the user from achieving the desired result or will lead to a confusing result.
Since web systems are always intuitive please think of all possible combination of inputs might be done by user and verify each combination has response from the website.
The overview of all possible combination user procedures should be done both after the detailed description of each process and both after describing all screens.

To be considered you need to be an experienced, proven, expert with establishing of websites and writing technical specification documents with excellent communication and project skills.

THE BIDDER WHO WILL WIN THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PART WILL BE IN AN ADVANTAGIOUS POSITION FOR WINNING THE WEB ESTABLISHING PROJECT.

Advance payment is 15%, second payment of 35% is after handing in document structure, template and approx half project done. 50 % is 10 days after mission completion. We will however consider bonuses for quality work delivered on time and for anything that goes above and beyond our expectations, for the right candidate this can also lead to a lot more work as this will be a growing project this being stage 1.
