Description
MANDATORY: VB.NET in Visual Studio 2003 (no exception)This is a part of a long project. The main part of the first phase is to create structural XML files via Web Interface. The purpose of First Phase is to create an interface that user can enter data and create an XML file with the same structure of the template. User can pick the template and it will show the corresponding interface. There may be many interfaces from many templates.The DATA of each FIELD will be from user’s input AND/OR from other files using functions. The STRUCTURE will be from our current sample data that we call TEMPLATE. The FIELD DESCRIPTION will be from pre-defined file (may be in XML format)which will assign names of fields . The Web page will read current template, delete existing data, allow user to input data, save file with new data, and validate data. It's new concept and we prefer the experienced developer (XML and ASP.NET). The developer should be able to chat so we can explain during development process. If the first phase works properly the developer will be assigned the next phases if interested.There are at least 5 phases. After at least 5 phases, there will be the implementation of hundreds of functions to get data depending on the format of each XML template. Therefore, the selected developer will have chance to work with us in a long-term basis.

At first, user should be able to select one of the templates (using radio button is OK- This one should be selecttype.aspx), then read, show friendly label and textbox (createfile.aspx). The textbox is the value of XML tag but it should be deleted so user can put new data. After user input data they can save the file and this save must have the same format of the template user has selected.

I am offering $5/hour and some bonus if the experienced developer can handle the project. The project will last forever with more features. However, I want to communicate with the developer lost of the time to discuss to make sure that he would not go the wrong way so we can save time.
