Description

This project requires the implementation of API and XML for document processing.

Please review the attached PDF file for the requirements. Please read it entirely and place your EXACT and TOTAL bid amount for this project.

You must complete all the requirements listed in this API Programmers guide.

Let me know if you have any questions before you bid. This project has a deadline of 2 weeks, please bid accordingly.

Payment:

It is SOAP/Web Service access. So, you should use WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1 object managed from your MS Access VBA/Macro Code. This would be 1 - 2 days work!
