I require advice on what newsletter/email management software to integrate with my website. The website is hosted on godaddy and uses Windows/ASP.NET/SQL

My requirements are

1. Send out abridged email newsletter, small distribution 100- 200, and have the usual email management software, stats management system, opt in etc. There will be links to the complete newsletter on the site.
2. The complete newsletter must be hosted on my site, site uses Windows/ASP.NET/SQL.
3. I want control, no web designer to send the newsletter etc, so must be relatively easy to work and get the "completed" newsletter onto the site.
4. Old newsletter must be archived on the website and be available via search.
5. Hopefully the software can do this and be used on multiple sites with one licence.

I have seen the following software that maybe able to do what is required

Npro

Bulletlink.com is almost perfect but at $ 30 pm it is too expensive.

If you think that you know of a software package that can do this, please let me know.

Alternatively, I require someone to help decide on what software to use and install it so that I can have control.
