Description: I have a PDF comprising 4 web page designs that need slicing and building as HTML. Each page has a simple form for visitors to complete and submit their personal details allowing them to access a download page of brochures. All fields except "Comments" must be mandatory. Attached is a jpg version of the homepage. This project is urgent and I will be awarding the project to the successful bidder at 13:00GMT 24.6.08 and will require the finished pages by 18:00GMT.
