Description:	Server and Site migration problems; Urgent Review and Fix required. $100 Windows based servers, VNS type, MYSQL. Site programming is ASP. A total server expert required ONLY who understands configurations, how to find bugs quickly and understands the relationship of certain ASP programming changes which may be required in order to make migration work efficiently. ( what I don’t want is to award this project to the 2nd party taking over a nd find we are still in a mess.. !! So please be sure of your ability and assurance of helping us in this matter. NO point starting and finding its not manageable by you!) To make the situation even worse: I HAD AWARDED THIS PROJECT TO A gaf PROVIDER WITH GOOD REVIEWS; HE HAS STOPPED FOR SOME REASON COMMUNICATING AND AS MY SITE IS DOWN I NEED A GENUINE PROFESSIONAL TO FIX IT. ACTUALLY THE PROBLEM IS NOT A MASSIVE ONE, I THINK. IN A NUT SHELL THIS IS THE PROBLEM: AS ADDRESSED BY PREVIOUS PERSON WHO HAD STARTED THE SITE MIGRATION: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ‘’ Issue that we are facing now: Frequently facing HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed error. Crashing of Application due to “Application pool 'janeojewels' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.” Here is one more error “A process serving application pool 'janeojewels' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '9184'. The process exit code was '0x80'.” As I searched for the reason in forum, google and Microsoft support site, mostly they mentioned similar possibilities for this type of error, sessions, db connections are not properly closed as the result of this connection threads increases beyond the limit in Application pool, which crashes the Application pool.’’ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OF there may be other things too. I need the new person to check as if they were starting form the beginning, but the priority is the get the site up and running first , then work on re checking complete configuration 100%. SITE: WWWJANEOJEWELSCOM & SUBDOMAINS WE have recently moved our server form a US based server to a new UK based one. The freelancer who was awarded the project had good reviews and seemed to have good references , but I have now found that after the final migration, we have had a host of issues.. Mostly niggling ones but one which makes the site and its sub domains being interrupted form being hosted.. at time we are live , at time we are not, and various error issues. I have tried to persist and be patient as the person handling the project is nice, but out of his depth with knowledge about accurate configuration and programming… I need a expert, to work on our site and its server configurations: 1) to review the present and find the bugs and fix them. 2) To the review the whole configuration to see it has been correctly ( where it is working) and can it be improved and made more efficient , especially terms of speed of load etc etc.. and a host of other issues. 3) Pay pal has been also installed by these people and I want to see that’s done correctly, although working ok; we found via my programmer that it too had slight configuration issues. 4) Since we wil nee dto give you access to server and all our data base , we wil need you to sign a NDA, as you wil understand. 5) In future we would like you to be a our site administrator and work long term with you.( separate project , long term and on going!) I NEED A TOTAL EXPERT AND SOME ONE WHO IS ABLE TO GUARANTEE ME 100% THAT THEY CAN DO THE JOB, WILL PERSIST AND DO IT FAST. In 1- 2 days max $100.00 I only want applications FROM total professionals, and those who really do know what they are doing. Please, no cowboys, or those who think they know, but really cause more issues! Therefore ONLY people with a solid background and reviews ( POSITIVE FEEDBACKS ON SIMILAR WORK) on this site need apply demonstrating their expertise in the field for obvious reasons. THE SITE IS LIVE,( or rthaer its at present unlive) SO THE MATTER IS URGENT. But pls do not bid unless u are sure you are able to tackle the job with accuracy , able to give updates every few hours, and able to get site up and running fisrt as matter of urgency.
