Make Contact us button a rollover like others that says: Tampa Bay area (727)498-40 25, Sarasota/Venice number (941)256-09 68, fax number (727)498-49 17, email , address of 1920 Wist eria St. Sarasota, FL 34239 and email office hours of 8am to 5pm. 2. Update the contact number in the last line of the paragraph at the bottom of the page to be (727)498-40 25 and add a link to email us at florida@ image maker 360 . com 3. make 4 buttons on left open links that will be provided later: 4. Add form mail to a different page for a different godaddy hosted site. Project will be submitted for approval to website owner and some small tweaks maybe necessary nothing graphical. Payment will be sent upon approval. Please be sure you know how to create a mailform with godaddys servers before taking the job. Godaddy tech support says the use .ASP. I found a function in the godaddy control panel that allows you to enter an email address and it creates a file in your root directory named gdform.asp. Please do not use the index page on the website, I will provide a slightly different one.
