Our charity website is looking to reinstate a reciprocal links page.

This will require an administration page where we can put a list of websites or pages and then a web-bot will check to ensure that our link/banner/file is shown on their page. If it is then their links/banner is shown on our page.

If the 3rd party should remove our charity link from their site then their banner will automatically be removed from ours

2 pages required - one which will be integrated into our site that the public will see with links and also another which is private that we will administer the system.
