Description

I am looking for a web designer to imitate a simple website design, found at:
- http://getyourloveback.reviewthisnet.com/
- http://www.lindenmethodreviews.com/

As you can see, the same basic template exists on both sites. I wish to have a generic template that I can use to create multiple sites of this same basic layout (for affiliate marketing purposes in different niches). I wish to be able to change colour schemes easily and choose my own pictures for the top banners, so easily editable PSD files for all images and friendly CSS sheets are a must. This basic template will be used for a variety of sites so it must be customizable.

I am looking for you to duplicate in the same spirit, but not copy(!), the following elements of the layout:
- Navigation text at the top of the screen with graphic spacers.
- Large banner on top fold of page with nice big fun button with room for text (banner and buttons editable PSDs).
- The ability to have actual text on this banner above the button.
- Navigation bar at the left of the site for either newsletters or links to other pages.
- Buttons that look fun to click that say "Visit site now!" (also editable PSDs.)
- Editable PSD of a wallpaper with a similar gradient to the one on these sites -- that draw attention to the banner and ultimately the button.
- Also the "Our TOP Recommendation" and "ALSO Recommended" bits with nice bubbly check-marks or star graphics (editable PSDs) - a selection of these to choose from is ideal.
- The same overall layout of the tables and such.
- The same clean font this website uses.

BIG PLUS: If you can use asp or something to allow me to change the menu only once, and not on every page, whenever I need to make changes. To have the entire site be this way is best -- where I only need to change one part of it and not every individual page.

I like the overall CLEAN, FUN, AND PROFESSIONAL look. This is the thing that drew me to this site the most and I want to duplicate this. The intent of the website is to get people to click-through to the sites I'll be marketing.
