Description: I want the front page of my website changed.

I have a good idea of what I want it to look like, and will provide images of designs I consider to be good by email once I've selected the provider.

The design needs to be clean and modern. I don't really want any flash or animation, but I do want the page to look good.

Some of the requirements are:

-The main header must be compatible with all pages on my website. The width must be the same as the existing one, because every other page on the site will have the same header

-My current front page has a vertical scroll which I quite like. I can update the content from my admin panel. I'd like to keep that.

-I would like a username/password area for people to log in from the main page (currently the loging in is done from another page which is just linked)

-It needs to have obvious links for Home, Log In (even though you will be able to log in from the main page), FAQ, Contact, Sign Up

-It needs to have smaller links at bottom of page for Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Links. Must also have copywrite info

-The general theme should be mainly blue

-The name of the website should be incorperated into the header image

Remember, you are only really designing the front page, but there should be a graphical header suitable for me to place on every other page to replace the existing one.

Before you make the changes, I want to see the design! This should be provided as a .jpg so I can see what it's going to look like before I approve it.

Payment in full once changes have been made, and the header image you make has been applied to the other pages by myself (to make sure it fits).

I will be more specific when I choose a winner, but the general theme of my website is communications.
