Description

I need to have an online form built that will send data to an excel spreadsheet then email them that particular spreadsheet with all the new data in it. However before the email attachment goes out to the user, they are going to be directed to PayPal after form submit so that they can buy the spreadsheet. I already have the excel template built that i would like to email out to golfing individuals as an attachment. The excel spreadsheet already has all the calculation formulas in there that a person needs. I would like to build a form where users can go online and input their information, (e.g. Name, Date, Golf Course Name, friend names, etc) into a form and have it populate that data into the excel spreadsheet. Users will essentially go online enter the data needed for the spreadsheet, then proceed to a PayPal check out area where they will buy their spreadsheet. Once they purchase the excel spreadsheet attachment and the funds are processed through PayPal, the user will receive an email with the excel document attached. The excel document will arrive as a "locked" workbook, this way users cannot modify the rows and column for continual future use. The locked spreadsheet will contain all of the data the user entered from the online form plus some empty unlocked cells where the user can enter their score later on that day.

I already have a website built that is running on a Windows server using IIS 7 and coded with .PHP however you could also code in .ASP if it is easier. I am attaching a PowerPoint slide further detailing how i would like the process flow to work. It should provide more of a visual.

Once you begin working on the project i will send you the Excel template so that you can see which cells need to be made into input form fields. Please give me a time line of when you think you could have this completed by. Also if you have suggestions about how best to implement the project please send me your thoughts. I am going to choose who the individual whom i feel is the most qualified for the job.
