New features on our ASP site

New design features and changes for http://www.bil.fo. The page is in faroese - I have attached a translated engligsh jpg of the homepage. Our page needs these new features and changes: ********************Changes to the home page:******************** a) 4 big pictures with two lines text - full car model and price. b) 18 small pics - with car model divided in two lines. c) Newest asked questions - in following row - date-question-car model. We use paypal for payment. We have currently the paypal payment option for 3 things: 1) membership, 2) putting your car ad in dimmalætting (a newspaper) and 3) putting your car in sosialurin (another newspaper). Here comes the important part. Those new sections on the home page - 4 big pictures and 18 smaller pictures with info - should be paid by the user. If a user wants his car shown on the front, then he has to pay for that. As it is now, those 5 pictures are taken randomly from the database. But we also want the possibility to fill those empty places with random cars. Why? Because if nobody wants to pay for showing their cars on the home page those empty spaces should be filled with other random cars. It would be easier for us and for you, if those empty spaces on the front page would be filled out randomly as it is now - you might actually be able to use some of the code that is already there. When you click on any of the 4 big pictures OR any one of the 18 small pictures, then you are redirected to the car ad. You can try it out now with the 5 pics on home page - this same principle should be on the new pictures on home page. Newest asked questions - here we want to display the newest questions. (6 or whatever fits) Questions, the date and car model - these informations are drawn from the question asked under the car ad....and these questions on the home page should link to the car ad where the question is asked if a user click on the question. We want the same feel and effects as is on the page already meaning a link should display the same mouse over effect as in the page already.
