Hello

I have a template site that need some work done.I need to create a registration page for parents and providers.
1. providers must register and pay to have full access to their page.
a. username and password without me having to manually add it.
b. email confirmation sent to confirm their email address before activating their account.

2. Parents who are looking for specific services in their area must register to leave comments on a providers page.

3 Everything related to on page optimization of a website
i need to add section for articles and comments by registered users....
I will forward you a copy of the template so you can update it accordingly

Note -I am working with less then a 100 dollars on this project i have been screwed over on this project already for a grand. so any help to make lemonade out this lemon would help.
