Description

I am looking for a programmer/web designer to work with me on various projects.

I code predominantly in ASP and AJAX, using an MS SQL server for databasing. Javascript expertise is a must, and an understanding of Visual Basic would be nice but not necessary.

Pay will be on an hourly basis, When I am doing a project, I will ask you to solve problems / write code for that project. for example, "I need a script to update a scoreboard, so write a simple page the user can enter scores in, and then another page that displays the scores"

So if it take 2 hours work and you quoted $5 per hour, you get ten dollars.

I do not give the entire project, just snippets as above.

Projects will mainly be helping with the 'back end' of websites, integrating scripts into new websites etc.

I need someone who has a broadband connection and is online most of the time and is happy working over skype or an IM program such as googletalk or msn etc.

Must be an individual (no companies please)
Must have a good understanding of English.
Must be available to work as required.

We do two types of projects:

1) In house stuff for my business
2) Customer websites

Bonuses will be paid on the successful completion of customer websites.

I need to see examples of work, or

This position will probably end up full-time. Please only quote if you are happy with all the above, and if you are good at this stuff, as you will be working with me.
