Shopping Cart project - for Ajz ONLY

This project is for Ajz only. It is for a shopping cart for our new website.
It will be using PayPal, but PayPal will only be in the background and not be seen.
This cart will function just like most shopping carts (except no login required).
The 4 basic credit cards will be accepted.
The shopping cart will not display PayPal and the customer will not have to open a PayPal account.
We have 6 products to sell with each having different COLOR and DESIGN options (except maybe books).
Some of the products also have SIZE options.
The prices are fixed for all products, which we can change.
We will be selling to the US and Canada only.
The Add To Cart function will work just like most carts and like we have setup on the website.
Please review the website as it is setup exactly how we want it to operate.
All orders will be logged in an Access database.
Like all shopping carts the customer will be able to review and confirm their order.
The customer will get an email confirmation of their order along with us getting emailed every order.
During checkout the customer can delete items or change the quantities of any items and then update totals.
I would like to use the CAPCHA option when checking out if possible (random images appear and that info required).
Tax will only be applied if orders are place from Tennessee, which we can adjust (I believe this is standard).
A flat shipping charge will be added to all orders, which we can adjust.
We will be able to design all of the shopping cart and related pages.
I do understand that some of the above adjustments (tax, shipping, product cost, etc.) will have to be done in the code - by us.
And any other details we have discussed that I may have left off.
