Description

We need a programmer / web designer / a team to create a freelance employment platform. The site will have auction style features. This will be the same functions of getafreelancer / Odesk with some additional features. We need a full Get a Freelancer functionality.

This website will work as Get a Freelancer, we are able to add the categories and sub categories, Auction system, escrow payment installation, integration with Worldpay, Paypal, e-gold and etc etc…. In the future more options would be added.

We need very well functioning website which should be very easy to use. This must be complete and error-free. The same should have an easy and powerful admin panel to modify features on the same.

Website needs to be dynamic so that we can easily edit information on every page, CMS backend system, and maximum Google, Yahoo, MSN, SEO is required. Reached a top 15 or better in 2 months.

At the moment this is about it. We need it to be built using Asp .Net and VB .Net language for code behind. If you would like to bid on this project please PM me with your rough estimate and brief explanation what kind of website will it be (e.g. ASP. Net, VB .Net, MySql, Javascript, HTML, AJAX, xml, SEO techniques and etc) and other technical information and also the time frames.

I will only consider serious bids. Bids with “I can do it” comments will not be considered, and also, please show the work that you have done.

What I’m looking for is a RESULTS ORIENTED PERSON meaning the money would be in escrow and would be released when all the functions were fully tested.

The most important is, WE AS BUYER OWNS THE WHOLE OWNERSHIP OF ALL OF THE CODING AND SCRIPTS AND CODES BEING USED WILL BE LEGAL TO BE USED BY US.

You should have a very good understanding of how GAF / Odesk work. If you have done GAF / Odesk clones in the past – please send me the links and also please show us the works you had done similarly.

Before you begin bidding, you need to understand the following:
1) Excellent understanding of Getafreelancer.com and Odesk.com as they hold important functions which we required
2) Pay only after completion of the project (escrow payment) and would be released when all the functions were fully tested. No advance payments.
3) Test on your server or our server (we will host this website with goDaddy.com server), so when you design this website please study the specification of the goDaddy.com.
4) The attach file is the basic function + a few additional function. (We need the same functions as GAF even it’s not in the list)
