Description

We need to create a forum where registered users can create/delete groups for discussion. We need to develop the following things

1) Create Full site (HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript work)
1) Username / Password Access Area
2) Groups Creation / Deletion Page
3) Area for google ads and other customized ad banners
4) Search

Domain and hosting will be done via publicdomainregistry. We need some1 to develop the above things, take timely backups and provide maintenance for at least 1 yr.

We are looking for some1 who has experience in developing such sites and economic in rates. Only bids from Mumbai will be accepted. We are also open to good suggestions for the site as per your choice.
