Description: I want to convert the attached VB program to SVG to interact with ACAD and implement a flowing functionality.

Save the drawing in DXF and PDF and allow user to download and print any of two formats in actual size (full scale).

The attached folder contains EllipseVB05 executable and User Manual EllipseVB05 the source code for EllipseVB05 will be provided after you are awarded the project

Note: This is only a test project to evaluate your skills, after successfully you have done this project you might be considered to take part in main project.

I'll convert the project to vs2003 version, and make the left panel to multi pages and add a tab for every shape and add prosperities controls corresponding to each shape as it is for ellipse. And I'll finish the login system too.
