Description

We require an experienced Microsoft Access 2003 developer to build a database application for an Audit process. (A series of categorized questions with numerical answers, comments and summaries).

A MS Access 2003 database will need to be developed which will hold all of the company information, audit information, audit questions, results, comments, summaries and corresponding scores.

A series of detail forms will need to be developed so users can enter this information and detailed reports will need to be generated and scores outputted once the questions have been answered.

We would also require the outputted data to be graphed. (If not possible within Access then output to Excel would be suitable.) All other information would have to be able to be transferred to MS Word in a professionally formatted way.

We have developed a basic pilot system (in Access) for this process and detailed instructions and guidelines will be provided to the successful bidder. This would not be a complex system for an experienced developer.

We would require proof that you are capable of developing such a system within MS Access 2003 so please only nominate yourself if you have work to show us that demonstrates your capabilities.
