Description:	MUST NOT BE OVERBUDGET OR AFTER ASSIGNED TIMEFRAME Looking for back-end development of website to bring buyers and sellers of construction jobs together. The website will function very much like RentACoder.com but VERY basic. Scripting will be done in ASP (fully commented) using MS Access databases, and will conform to industry-standard practices. This job is for the backend scripting only, all graphic design and content will be handled in-house. We can do the HTML as long as we are told how to configure the HTML to insert the data into the access database and how to query it. A sample bid form with very basic information and no graphical design will be required to prove that it will function. We have a general contracting business that accepts bids on multiple projects. We want architects to be able to submit a job online that is available to all the area construction companies to bid on. They enter a flat rate on the specific project. Some projects may have additional child projects. In order for a construction company to submit a bid to the contractor they must pay a fee of $10.00 via pay pal (would be easiest?) For Example: A Architect wants to build a building and submits the job online as a description of "2 Story Building Job#123" Then they would specify different projects in that job like the foundation, the electrical, and the plumbing and all the construction companies have to do is go online and login and see that job available, if they want to bid on it they must pay their $10.00 and submit the bid. They would bit $20,000 on the whole job $10,000 on the foundation, $5,000 on electrical, and $5,000 on plumbing. When the bids are submitted they MUST be confidential until a set time defined by the architect. So if they post it on June 25th and the deadline is July 10th the bids will be collected and made public on the website on July 10th for everyone to see. The data does not need to be encrypted or anything just not easily viewable from the website. We want to keep it simple like in an access database or something. We estimate 1-2 jobs a month with a total of 10 submissions a month.
