Description:	My name is Steve. I live in Columbus, Ohio USA. Thank you for your interest in my project. I have used some GAF in the past with great success. I have a data entry person who I use quite often and a graphics person who builds many banners for our sites each week. I had a guy who built our web site builder, but he has disappeared. I had a full time IT guy for about a year, he wrote a lot of the code. He took another position and I have pretty much had part time people since then. Unfortunately the 2 people I use have full time jobs and can only help sporadically, usually limited to a few hours on the weekend. I am looking for someone to do on going work. I have new projects and modules I want to add to our site and have almost daily small maintenance issues. I have a designated server. Our site is lotsapeoples.com . We have a site called http://www.lotsatutorials.com/ that might help you get familiar with what we offer. There are several video tutorials which might help if you review. I am hoping to add someone else into the fold that could be a little more responsive. I have built a little site that I post problems and projects that you could review daily to see what things need done. Right now the project that I posted on GAF has to do with getting our feeds working to other sites and add some new sites. I want to add feeds anytime I can find them. This is a site similar to ours. http://www.postyourlistings.com they have some feeds which we did not have and had a good craigslist function Our clients set up an account with us. This account feeds numerous portals. Right now it feeds these sites: •LotsAPeoples •Google Base •Trulia •PropSmart •Oodle Classifieds •EdgeIO •Lycos Classifieds •Local.com Classifieds •Real Estate Advisor These are some new feeds which I would like to add to ours. http://www.clrsearch.com/RSS/SubmitListings.jsp http://www.zillow.com/feeds/Feeds.htm http://hotpads.com/pages/partners/feeds.htm http://www.citycribs.com/xml_real_estate_uploads.htm These feeds seem fragile and require some periodic maintenance to in sure that they are working We also want to create HTML code that our clients can paste into Craigs list and other sites. We had this built and had been using it for over a year with great success. About a month ago they stopped appearing on CraigsList. I have many e-mails into them to see what happened. I believe I might be blacklisted for over posting, but I can not figure out why when other sites like this http://www.postyourlistings.com have something similar. I am trying to get back into good graces with craigslist. Please go to http://www.lotsatutorials.com/ and you can view more detailed info on what we had built for Craigslist. The link that we had drove people to their house on LotsAPeoples and I want to change this so that it links to their house on their own that they built with LotsAPeoples. And hopefully it will then clear and post on craigslist. I am going to get ahold of my hosting company to see if they have any ideas since this is where all of these sites are hosted.
