Description:	I need a Registration form created, under 20 fields that gives user 2 options to purchase during registration, it then automatically connects to AUTHORIZE.NET and processes the payment and sends the details to an e-mail address. On the same server, I then need a Simple ASP Forum Installed, open-source is fine with an Easy to Use Administrative Area, etc. No customizations or Design, just installed. Server is Windows IIS and requires connection via Windows Remote Connection (comes on every Windows XP Machine) or another Similar Service. I need done within 1-3 days. Budget is $125.00.
