New Checkout Design & Code, Expertise in Payment gateway and Pay Pal

Payment Gateway Expert, ASP

We want a new completely new check out design implemented on our e commerce site based on a model site we like check out and its ease of use.

Current check out lumber some, causing consistent errors. Rather then amend this, we would like to start FRESH with a completely new check our process. Programming to start form placing goods in basket right thru to complete transaction.
You must be a TOTAL expert in
a) Payment gateway integration EXPERT with experience to show.
b) Pay pal integration EXPERT.
c) ASP coding EXPERT
d) Wed design for e commerce.
e) Able to test programme.
f) Able to complete task in 7 day maximum and be able to sign a agreement confirm you wil do so or agree to take penalties for each day there is delay.
g) You will sign a full NDA as you wil be given to confidential data.
h) You will have positive feed back and experience /history of work done via this site.
