Description

I have a site for conversion of video online. (aspx)

I would like to put two functions on my site:

1-- Forcing users to convert one video every 15 minutes.(Users who are not registered)

2-- If users want to convert a video without waiting for 15 minutes, they must register by subscription PayPal.
