Description

I will need a programmer to code an IT firm site. It is quite simple. Design and picture files will be provided. Homepage will detect visitor country and reflect the particular country news on the sidebar (See homepage mockup). The rest of the pages are the same for each country.

Deliveries
-I will provide with flash, text, photos and pictures. You do not need to prepare the images in Photoshop. Programmer just needs to code layout in css and asp.
-Programmer must have a sense of alignment and all text and images must be aligned properly. Bad alignment will not be tolerated.
-Needs an admin page to edit and add news, events and promotions. Each will have a description, photo and title. Must be simple for client to use.
-1 month free fixing for any bugs that occur after delivery.
-Needs to be completed in less than 2 weeks.
