Hello sir! I have been woring on many multi-languages sites, & this kind of work needs to be well planed. I would in youre case suggest to support multi-language interfaces with DB support into either MS access or SQL (if supported by host). As for the visuel, I could get my design team workers on this asap, so you'd get a breif idea of the wanted design, while building on my side the skeleton of the site. We could also have a look at some pre-made web templates we have in back, to modify them to the needs & preference you have (visual & working aspect) I would mostly use .asp as coding, with .css. Multi language interface would be driven by DB, & languages themself would be granted by an administration panel. Translation could be eassely done in an excel file, & entered into the DB by scrits.
