Description

We provide maintenance for our customers and want an online facility to record the number of days or hours for each customer account. We will need to be able to add a new customer with all their contact details including their maintenance contract details (ie the number of days they have purchased, contract period etc). The database will keep track of all time logged to a customer along with an explanatory notes field. The site needs to generate an automated email to our customers keeping them up-to-date with a summary of time spent on their maintenance contract. We will require an Admin panel to manage the site. We also require a facility for a login page for our customers to see their own account and increase their maintenance days/hours.
