Description

We need to create a web based billing module. The billing module will allow users to add items ready to be billed, generate invoices, print invoices via SQL Reporting Services, Print Statements via Reporting services, and then create a reciept once payment has been recieved.

We will need interfaces to support the following functions:
-Create/Edit/De-Activate a client
-Create/Edit/Delete Item
-Create/Edit Reciepts
-Finalize/Create Invoice

-Print/Display Invoice (Reporting Services Report) - sample is attached.
-Print/Display Statement (Reporting Services Report) - sample to be delivered upon contract award

All functions should execute via SQL Stored Procedures and the interface in ASP or ASP.NET.
-Please specify what languange you will use with you quote. Feel
-Feel free to submit two prices; one for each language.
-This is a high priority project and we will need quick turnaround (i.e. 2-3 weeks).

The database will have 4 tables (SQL for table creation is attached)
-Clients
-Invoices
-Items
-Reciepts
