Description

I need a simple website, where users can register and then make orders. Then there should be a separate admin control panel, where I can see what they ordered. I can review those orders, edit if needed and if everything is fine, confirm them and send to remote MS SQL 2005 server database. That database is already configured to instantly give me an answer about order status and so on.(I will give you detailed documentation about that database tables and functions, you don’t need to create that). Clients, who made orders, then could review their status.

*Page layout must be as simple as possible, black and white. I don’t need any template. Just simple form, where I can see fields and buttons.

*I prefer Russian or Lithuanian talking people, so I don’t need to translate ms sql server database documentation about tables and what they do.

*I need an option to make a translation for this website.(If you make it in English, I would have a file or something where I could put my own language definitions.)
*Attached document is in Russian, but I will translate that later.

I prefer this project to be completed within this week.
