Description

- Expansion of lead structures and all associated triggers to set up storage/reference of second telephone number in the umbrella record for multi-typed reference
- Expansion of extranet export to include the stored second telephone number
- Addition of a secondary field for additional delivery email addresses (allows primary to remain in use in other areas) plus expansion of automation to support use of new email address set
- Generation/speficication of required structures and test information for Lead360, to be supplied as early as possible, but this is pending the receipt of the templates that SmartQuote were expecting to receive
- Integration of the Lead360 delivery method into automation and addition of option to select this delivery method to admin systems
- Addition of the Home Purchase lead type to the systems, to include view/edit pages and email templates
- Addition of required auto-assignment triggers (conditions provided are more complex than the basic conditions currently supported within the automation)

Bizreferrals
- Change second batch-reassign date to current date in lead manager
- Add editable "Disposition" (short-text) field to the Lead Manager page
- Change call-back date to current date rather than past date (see note below)
- Add in new segment to the Lead Manager based on the provided Excel spreadsheet information
