My search is currently not functioning, you can see the search here

There is one particular search field that does not work, which is
he Monthly Term under Criteria 2. Currently when I use the Monthly Term to search, it searches using the ORIGINAL value of the Lease term. And not the actual amount left on the lease.

I was informed there is wrong Tr/Td structure and it needs complete change in structure, inorder to make it work.
