Description

Our current website is a result delivery website for customers who get their hair tested for drugs. They buy this testing product from somewhere (from a reseller) and they send their specimen (hair sample) to the lab. We get the results from the lab and let the donor view his/her results online.

Now this is a working system, but its backend is too simple and written in classic ASP. In part of our transition to ASP.NET, we want to have a new backend for the existing customer and result database.

One admin should manage the backend users, menu items, and which user can access which screen.

We need screens like Enter Invoice, View Donor Info, Lock Donor Account, Reset Donor Password, View Donor Result, Enter Reseller Info, View Lots, Query Which Specimen ID belongs to which Lot, Enter Which Lot is Sent to Which Reseller etc (these will make more sense once you see the attached database structure)

Besides the database structure I am also attaching the current classic ASP screen where a backend user can query for the donor information, and add his/her notes (just to give you an idea)

Current platform is 2003/IIS6/.Net 2.0/SQL 2000. C# is preferred. This small project will help us to find a long-term partner for our other projects in the future.

Sorry I didn't mention the inquiry management in the current backend. It is like a simple ticket system.

When a inquiry is filled from a form on our website (contact us), it is saved in this "requests" table with the status "unassigned". Then it is assigned by one of the priviliged users to another backend user. When that user logs in to backend, it shows the message "You have 1 assigned msg" So he/she can read the inquiry, reply it or close it.

We need this also.
