Important : The timeline for this project is extremely crucial (17th June 2006). The following terms will be automatically enforced upon your acceptance of this project. *You have been notified*

This project will be conducted on a 2-milestone basis.
In the 1st milestone, (on 14th June 2006), the project source code (at whatever state it is in) must be delivered to us (Buyer)

In the 2nd and final milestone (17th June 2006), the full project source code (in full working order) must be delivered to us (Buyer).

Late delivery will result in the reduction of overall project fee (USD 400) at 5% for each late day.
