This phase we will build and customize the product for "Mortgage" ; so only Clients who subscribe to mortgage info will be able to have this option… after we perfect this… we will roll this out and create a custom version for travel…. Then movers…
1) Each company within their extranet and (everything below…also controlled by admin.bizreferrals) can choose lead delivery "email", or direct import into " leadmanger.bizreferrals.com" or both.
2) For now… this add on product will not be charged… but in the future… a monthly fee will be added to use the "leadmanger.bizreferrals.com product per company.
3) Leads directly imported… will be associated with client / company as per existing filters.
4) Each Company / client within extranet account can add / delete telemarketers or Sales people… and have the same reports as seen in telemarketing section of admin … (let's call them sales people for this project.) So each company within extranet account can make "telemarketing" accounts…. Much the same as what we have in admin.bizreferrals.com
5) Admin.bizreferrals.com (extranet.bizreferrals.com new features… the current manage prospects link… function needs same search function as "my prospect search" plus by telemarketer… (sales person)

Within new leadmanger.bizreferrals (or new version of prospect.bizreferrals.com)
1) Remove from system… 'business name" replace field with Phone #2 of view pages; change business type to – Category; add "lead date & time" as column too display…. And sort by each…
2) Each Colum needs to be sort able…
3) The search function… should all be based on Prospect –Same search function as "my prospects" search. … Change business for Name…. also add… lead date as search.
4) Telemarketer accounts can transfer prospects to another telemarketer… also needs a fuction to transfer clients back to general pool again.
5) By default … prospect list is displayed by new to old lead dates… (again… prospect list has added field for viewing… lead date & phone 2
6) View prospect… from prospect list … should display entire lead as view lead… (actual displayed lead fields should be controlled by preset admin choices… similar to lead field selections)
7) 'Prospect management view' changed and customized to the leads… company name, website not needed… contact title not needed… (add spouse's name)
8) We need another Tab… with for loans that contains missing data from this xls and that calculates – like this xls… that is saved to table and the data can be exported.
