Hi I am a S/W Developer with 3 yrs exp in .Net. I have read your requirments and i can do this for you in the time frame i have said above. Infact i have a rough design of you application also. You will have to just give the the emailID and password of ur yahoo,AOL,MSN etc on the screen and select the file type (XML,Text,CSV) and the application will copy all the contacts of the address book of that ID into the File.
