Description:	Hi, we need an online tutor site like tutor.com / wizig.com build with DRUPAL. There are many modules for Drupal, so your job is bringing all together and customize them for us! First and most important, we need a Ticket System implemented in our site, where students can get immediately in contact with available tutors. Second we need for every tutor a profile with time table. There are two ways, how the customer can get into touch with the tutors, first he can make a date with the tutor using time table, he just go to his profile and book the time he need for his study. The second way is, that he send us a ticket with short subject about problem, and the tutor who are online will get in touch with him and starts meeting. There are little more changes, e.g. variable prices, sms, etc., but this we can talk later. Customer will have an virtual account, where he will transfer money. I think the two points are the biggest issues. Next big issue is taking sessions. We dont need video chat, only audio chat, but we want peer to peer solution, so we will use VMUKTI.COM software, you have to implement this in our site using iFrame (Inlineframe). We need HIGH QUALITY, so please show us, that you have really experiences in this field. Only serious bidders are wellcome! Please see attached file for more details. Please tell me how much it cost, and most important when you can start and how long it will take. But pleae give me a SERIOUS time, so that i know you really will finish in time. You have to start within this week! Steps to be done: 1. Finish all website pages in sitemap, i mean pages with design, not all features have to be implemented 2. Finish all data base work 3. Finish Ticket System 4. Finish all collaboration features of site, you have to use Vmukti software for this part 5. Test and Tuning Conditions: I. We will pay only escrow payment: 1. 25 % in advance, and when design and database ready you will get this 25 % and 2. we will escrow next 25%, after finishing ticket system you will get second 25% and 3. we will transfer next 25% as escrow, after finishing ALL website features you will get third 25% and 4. we will transfer last 25%, last part you will get after testing and tunings II. We will communicate via MSN / Skype, and you will give us every two day feedback. III. First of all you have to make PROJECT PLAN, which time which feature you will make IV.
