Description

Six Page website.
I'll describe graphic requirements privately, if any.

We'll handle text on pages.
Our main concern is the form submission "programming".

There also may be a need for you to make the site look better.
Not sure exactly what we need in this regard. Design is our weak point.

SQL work:
3 pages have separate forms that need submitted to SQL.
Much is basic demographic stuff.

Form 1 - 15 field and 12 checkboxes. Goes to "Table 1"
Form 2 - 12 fields and 9 checkboxes. Goes to "Table 2"
Form 3 - 16 fields. Goes to "Table 3".

There will be a contract for all projects.
All your work and intellectual property becomes ours.
No surprises, backdoors, submission of data outside our servers, etc or no pay.

We don't have time to do the work, but do have time to review it.

Could be first of many projects. Looking for the fast, inexpensive and reliable. We're trying this in lieu of hiring a staff member.

Give a price for just the SQL form work. If we want to turn over the graphics and design part, we can negotiate that as well.

Want the work done so we can make modifications, rename tables and fields, etc. At this juncture we're not sure how to trust this process and are being cautious. This is essentially a test.
