Description

We are looking for someone to convert a simple graphic design from layered PSD format to DotNetNuke skin in "pure" HTML and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The design consists of a single page.

The winning bidder needs to possess the following:
-Good English and communication skills
-Reliable
-Good time management skills
-Very familiar with DotNetNuke and HTML.
-Friendly
-Responsive
-Available for contact on Yahoo or Windows Live Messenger at least for a couple of hours within GMT time period 06:00-20:00

The project needs to be complete within 2 days of receiving the graphic design(psd). The budget we have for this project is $150-$200 or less.

All payments will be made via escrow after our final approval.
No advance payment/escrow is provided.
